RON KOUDYS

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

BLA, MEd, OALA, FCSLA, FASLA, RLA (Michigan), CLD

Ron provides consulting services for many land developers, municipal governments and multinational corporations as well as overviewing many of the projects our office takes on. Ron has been instrumental in the development and teaching of the Landscape Design, Horticulture and Integrated Land Planning Technologies programs at Fanshawe College. He is also the recipient of a number of design awards including the landscape Ontario Presidents Award, the National Post Design Effectiveness Award and many City of London Urban Design Awards.

MARTHA BERKVENS

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

OALA, CSLA, RLA (Michigan)

Martha is a landscape architect and project manager whose keen eye for detailed design and creativity has been recognized with a multitude of industry awards. Martha has played a leading role in the design of many large-scale projects including hospitals complexes, school campuses, recreation centers/parks, residential developments and industrial parks. Her particular area of expertise is in developing sustainable landscape solutions for LEED projects – a talent that has earned her Platinum and Gold Certifications for many of her projects.

BARRY MURPHY

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

OALA, CSLA

Barry is a senior landscape architect and project manager who manages a large portfolio of RKLA clients, including some of the country’s top land developers and corporations. His approachable demeanor and dedication to meeting clients needs are traits that have put him in a leading role within our design team. Many of his projects involve working with large private sectors and municipal developments, ranging from commercial plazas and hospitals to residential subdivisions and urban streetscapes.

JOCELYN MORRIS

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

BA, MLA, OALA, CSLA, CCPI

Jocelyn joined RKLA in 2009 and has been involved in a range of projects, including parks development and municipal streetscape design. She oversees RKLA’s portfolio of nature play initiatives and works with a number of school boards across southwestern Ontario to create outdoor environments that foster imaginative play and learning. She had been trained in CAN/CSA-Z614. Jocelyn has over 10 years of experience preparing working drawings, details, specifications and on-site mitigation during the construction process. She works in coordination with a variety of contractor, developers, architects, municipalities and communities to advance shared urban spaces to achieve excellent results. She also takes part in public consultation and design workshops, with a focus on listening to stakeholders concerns and translating them into specific design solutions.

KRIS BUJOLD

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE TECH.

Diploma in Architectural Technology

Kris joined RKLA in 2005, bringing with him strong drafting skills and his background in architectural technology. Kris has been instrumental in developing RKLA’s standard drawing templates and details, as well as providing ongoing technical support to the team. He plays a key role in drawing production and coordination, and assists with project management & communications within our urban design team. Kris is also a strong proponent of sharing his technical skills with others, and has taught courses at Fanshawe College and Landscape Ontario.

RACHEL RADAUSKAS

SENIOR LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

Advanced Diploma in Landscape Design

Rachel joined RKLA’s residential design department in 2018. Rachel’s strong attention to detail and meticulous drafting skills quickly made her an intricate part of the RKLA design team. She is the offices primary residential designer overseeing a wide range of projects with a variety of budgets and constraints. Rachel works hand in hand with clients, contractors, conservation authorities and many more to see her clients dreams through from start to finish. Her passion for residential design and advocating for her client has continued her growth within the RKLA team.
